Why is the community initiating a refund?
The presale did not meet expectations, and the token price has fallen below its token generation event (TGE) price. In line with the presale agreement, the community is initiating a 45% refund for presale participants.
Who is included in the refund?
All presale participants qualify for the refund. Participation is mandatory for residents of the United States, the European Union, China, North Korea, and Russia, as stated in the announcement. This regional requirement does not exclude participants in other regions. Your participation and contribution must be verified against the presale records before a payable refund can be confirmed.
Which wallet should I connect?
Connect the exact wallet you used to purchase tokens during the presale or the wallets where the tokens are stored. A new wallet is not the original purchase wallet. If you purchased using more than one wallet, each purchase wallet needs its own verification.
What happens after I connect my wallet?
Your original purchase wallet and where the tokens were transferred to is used to confirm your presale details and review your contribution. Eligible refunds are processed after wallet verification, in accordance with the presale agreement.
When and in which currency will I receive my refund?
Your refunds are distributed upon wallet verifications. Ensure to have enough fees in wallet to confirm payouts.
